Return & Refund Policy

14-Day Right of Withdrawal
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return and exercise your right of withdrawal.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition and in its original packaging, with all accessories included.

Returns
Once your return request has been accepted, we will provide you with the return instructions and the return address.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if your item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong product.
Please include your order number and photos of the item so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
Exceptions
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return once they have been used, worn or opened, unless they are defective.
